NVQ Fencing Level 2The NVQ Fencing is the first and only recognised qualification for our sector. All of our operational staff hold this specialist qualification or are actively working towards it.
CSCSEvery Deerness Fencing site based employee holds a valid CSCS card. New staff are immediately enrolled in our training programme to ensure we maintain our 100% status (with the exception of new employees in the last 6 months).
F4EThe Esh Groups pioneering Work Related Learning programme has delivered excellent results, over 40 young people have already taken up roles within the Group. Many others ‘aimed higher’ as a result of the programme which has received personal praise from the Prime Minister. Click here for more info
